We begin with a no-commitment review to assess your site’s setup, modules, hosting, and risk level.
Complete the Evaluation Form:
To help us recommend the right plan, please complete our short Evaluation Form. It takes just a few minutes and gives us the technical context we need to support your site properly.
Access Setup:
Once we receive your form, we’ll help you provide secure access based on your environment:
- Self-hosted (cPanel, SSH, SFTP): We walk you through safely sharing credentials.
- Pantheon, Acquia, Platform.sh: We work within your existing team roles or access control systems.
- Agency-built site: We can coordinate with your previous developer as needed.
2. Environment Setup
Production Only (Basic Plan):
We work directly on your live site using backups, update simulation tools, and scheduled maintenance windows.
Staging Environment (Standard & Pro Plans):
We clone your site to a secure staging environment. All updates are tested there first to reduce risk.
Development Environment (Pro Plan):
We work in your dev environment or set up a local development instance. This is ideal for complex features or migrations.
3. Update & Maintenance Workflow
- Security Monitoring: We subscribe your site to the official Drupal security advisory feed and watch for vulnerabilities.
- Monthly Updates: We apply core and contrib updates, review changelogs, test for regressions, and deploy safely (Standard & Pro).
- Emergency Patches: If a critical security issue arises, we patch it within 24 hours—even on weekends (Pro Plan).
4. Your Involvement
- No Technical Expertise Required: We guide non-technical clients step by step through access or setup requirements.
- Collaborative Options for Developers: We’re happy to collaborate with your team via Git, CI/CD, or shared dev environments.
5. Billing & Commitment
- Evaluation First: No billing begins until you've completed the evaluation and we've confirmed the right plan for your needs.
- Simple, Monthly Billing: All plans are billed monthly—no contracts, cancel anytime.
- Flexible Payment Options: We accept PayPal subscriptions or Net 10 invoicing via email.
