Who you are dealing with
That matters more than it sounds. Maintenance is not a product you buy once and forget; it is an arrangement with whoever holds the keys to your site. Here the person who reads your message is the person who applies the update, and there is no reseller, no outsourcing and no junior developer in between.
That developer is Alaa Haddad, who has worked in web development since 2005 and has focused on Drupal since 2009. Contributed modules and themes from that work are used by thousands, and the record of it is public on the drupal.org profile for flashwebcenter. Why the size of the business matters here
Drupal sites accumulate history. A contributed module that was patched. A configuration setting that exists for a reason nobody wrote down. A theme built around one awkward requirement that still has to keep working. That history is most of the difference between an update that is routine and an update that takes a page down, and in a business this size it stays with the same person rather than being handed from one account to the next.
